Slacker

Wow, it has been quite a while since I have been on here. Part of the reason is because the hard drive on my laptop crashed and the only other computer I have is our very old desktop who runs sooooooo slow! I keep having moments in my days where I think, "Oh I will have to blog about this," yet that doesn't get done. So, I hopped on TW's computer while he is not on it, which seems like a rare moment now that he is back in school.

A lot has happened here in the last couple of weeks. I have turned 30, we have had fall festivals, Halloween, a camping trip, sick kids, and a Kindergarten Rodeo. I could spend a long time updating you on each of those events, but I am tired so I won't do that for now. :) The brief update:

Turning 30 was not something I was looking forward to. Not really wanting to leave my twenties, but I embraced it and all is well.

We went to a fall fest for TW's school and then one at the church that the kids' go to school at. Both were very fun and it was great to get out and be sociable!

Halloween was spent camping, but the fall fest at the kids' school was the night before Halloween so they dressed up for the festival. AAP was Pippi Longstocking. AKP was Dorothy. Bubby was Spiderman.

Camping. Well, what to say. It was an experience. One that the kids really enjoyed. But, something I won't be doing anytime in the near or far future. :) The company was fun though!

Sick kids. Ugh. AKP has been sick twice. We spent the afternoon in the ER with bubby on Monday. He busted his tongue open pretty badly while playing at Mother's Day Out. And, AAP has been sick with allergies, but I am starting to think she just wants to be home with Mama.

Off to bed for me!
