Feeling Loved *sigh*

This past weekend our girls had a dance competition out of town. It as a convention and competition...meaning Sat. and Sunday they were in classes taught by some great teachers who travel country and then Sat. night they had a competition. TW and I had a leadership training at church on Sat. morning. However, both of us couldn't attend because someone had to take the girls. So, the girls and I headed to dance on Friday afternoon and the boys stayed home. They normally attend all competitions with us so this was a first in a while. We had some great girl time, but we definitely missed our men! It was long weekend of staying up late and getting up early so by the time we pulled in the driveway last night at 7pm we were super ready to be home! As I walked in the front door the lights in the house were off and only the lamp was on and the candles were burning. The house was completely picked up...including no piles of mail/junk/etc on the kitchen counter. AND, there were three vases of flowers in the kitchen. TW and Bubby had bought us each our own flowers. Okay, how sweet! What a perfect way to come home! One of my favorite ways to unwind at night time is to turn down the lights and burn the candles. So, this was a perfect way to make me feel loved! What a thoughtful gesture of TW! I am so lucky! I am trying to keep the house in order to repay the favor for when he gets home from work. We both feel more at ease in a picked up house...which rarely happens in a home with three young children!

How sweet! Makes me wish I was dropping myself off at your house too Sunday evening! That really shows how much TW missed you all! I am jealous! :-)
