Well, for us today is a snow day! I decided to have my children do a job for Tackle it Tuesday. They love to see their pictures on my blog. They have a set of cabinets that they keep all of their markers, paper, scissors, stickers, and craft stuff in. It tends to get messy very quickly. Today they are going through it and organizing it. Their incentive is that when they get it done they get to play in the snow. To my surprise they are actually getting along. Usually the six year old ends up doing all of the work while the two year old slacks, but today she is helping her big sister! Whew!

The girls in front of their messy craft storage. See all of the clutter!
The girls organizing their stuff into piles. The new organized area! They put their coloring books and paper on one side, then they seperated their markers, crayons, pencils, scissors, and craft stuff into large baggies so they could keep their stuff better organized!
My Tackle for the day is to get my pile of bills paid, update our Quicken, and reconcile our account.

that's a good idea...keep ur kids busy with something good!
Great tackle. It's always great when the kids get along when they are doing a job. I have a 7 & 3 year old so I can relate...
my tackle is up
My kids tend to drag their feet about organizing projects but enjoy it once they get going. Hope all your tackles go well!
That's great that the kiddos are getting involved. Great job, mom!!
That's great! Way to get the kids involved too.
ugh... i had to pay bills today too. no fun.
i just might steal this tackle-it-tuesday idea!!
Aww, they did such a good job!
Can I borrow them to teach my boys? *grin*
I liked reading your "Not Just A Mom" post... for about 9 years I've been putting "Domestic Goddess" on everything, including my tax forms. :) Even the ladies at the DMV get a kick out of it!
Congratulations to my beautiful Granddaughters on your Tackle Tuesday task. The cabinet you organized looks great. I am so glad that you two could get the job done "together".
Love, Gama
